About the Series

Oliver’s Wild Animal Adventures is a picture book series for children ages 4–7, centered on calm, familiarity, and imagination that begins in a place children recognize.

Every story starts the same way: in Oliver’s bedroom. When the room grows quiet, one stuffed animal becomes a guide, and imagination opens into a single new world—an ocean, a savanna, a pond, or a frozen landscape. 

Each book explores one animal and one habitat, and always ends the same way:

Oliver is back in his bedroom.

This consistent structure makes the books well suited for anytime reading, including bedtime, classroom read-alouds, and repeated return. The stories move at an unhurried pace, allowing space for observation, attention, and quiet engagement.
